Oppo Reno6 5G & Reno6 Pro 5G Launched in India; Starting Price Rs. 29,990

Oppo today expanded its Reno series in India and launched the OPPO Reno6 Pro 5G and Reno6 5G. The Reno6 series comes with an industry first Bokeh Flare Portrait Video, Reno Glow design, and AI Highlight Video for a top-notch experience. The Reno6 Series are powered by powerful chipsets- MediaTek Dimensity 1200 in Reno6 Pro 5G and MediaTek Dimensity 900 in Reno6 5G. The OPPO Reno6 Series feature like 65W SuperVOOC flash charging, Color OS 11.3, the slim design amongst others.

The Reno6 Pro 5G and the Reno6 5G are packed with AI 64MP quad-camera setup on the rear and a 32MP front camera. Additionally, the devices have a dedicated color temperature sensor that captures colors more accurately.

The Reno6 Pro 5G and Reno6 5G have Reno Glow design and are crafted with an industry-first AG (Anti-Glare) Glass process that gives a stunning look to the device. The new Reno6 series is slim and comes in two dazzling colors: Aurora and Stellar Black. The Reno Glow creates a subtle glittery effect whilst also being fingerprint-resistant. In addition, with the new Diamond Spectrum process, the Aurora creates an “ever-changing” color. It shines in a whole range of different colors when looked at from different angles. The Reno6 Pro 5G is 7.6mm thick and weighs 177g whereas the Reno6 5G is 7.59 mm thick and weighs 182g.

These phones sport a 6.5-inch 3D curved display with a 90Hz refresh rate and up to 180Hz touch sampling rate and is HDR10+ certified. The display is also Netflix HD and Amazon Prime Video HD/HDR certified for high-quality visual content.

The Reno6 Pro 5G comes with 12GB of RAM and 256GB ROM, together with OPPO’s self-developed RAM Expansion technology. The Reno6 5G also offers users 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage with RAM Expansion technology.

These devices are packed with 4500mAh ( Reno6 Pro ) and 4300mAh ( Reno6 ) battery and 65W SuperVOOC 2.0 which can achieve 100% charge in about 31 minutes and 28 minutes respectively for Reno6 Pro 5G and Reno6 5G providing up to 4 hours of video playback with just 5 minutes of charge. The Reno6 series is equipped with Dolby Atmos for an immersive entertainment experience. Both the phoned have In-display Fingerprint sensor.

The Reno6 Pro 5G will be available in 12GB + 256GB (RAM+ROM) priced at INR 39,990 on Flipkart and across all mainline retailers while the Reno6 5G will be available in 8GB + 128GB(RAM+ROM) priced at INR 29,990 only on Flipkart. These phones will be available starting July 29th, 2021.
