Oxigen Wallet has entered into strategic partnership with PAYBACK, which will bring lot of benefit to its users. The partnership with PAYBACK allows Oxigen wallet customers to earn (On select transactions) and redeem PAYBACK points on Oxigen Wallet. The powerful feature of this partnership is that customers who have earned PAYBACK points on any other platform can redeem them as cash into the wallet and use it for Oxigen’s service offerings, utility payments and online shopping
Commenting on the association, Ankur Saxena, CEO of Oxigen Wallet said, “Our partnership with PAYBACK builds up inertia to load money into the wallet for transaction. Redeeming PAYBACK points and converting them into cash automatically eases that process and enhances customer value. As a wallet player, we are cautious about discounts and cash backs as it erodes our bottom line. In order to be a long term & stable player we want to focus on strategic tie ups that drive customer value and rewards in a manner that meets business objectives and the PAYBACK partnership is one such example,” he added.
Oxigen Wallet is India’s first Non Bank Mobile Wallet app, approved by RBI, which allows you to send and receive money through popular social channels like Facebook, Whatsapp, Twitter, SMS and Email. It enables you to instantly send money to any mobile number or bank account in India, even if the recipient is not registered on the Oxigen Wallet service.
Other than money transfer, Oxigen Wallet’s In – app services include Mobile/DTH/Data Recharges, Post paid and Utility bill payments for over 30+ brands. Customers also earn loyalty points that can be redeemed on Oxigen services or as PAYBACK points.
On the other hand, PAYBACK is India’s largest loyalty program. It presents many advantages over traditional, stand-alone customer loyalty schemes restricted to one brand or company only. The power of PAYBACK stems from pooling loyalty benefits from many attractive partners: Using one single card, members earn loyalty points when they shop at a wide range of different merchants and brands – offline and online. This feature is currently enabled on Android and will be out on iOS in a month.
