To expand its portfolio of smartphones in India, Japanese giant Panasonic has launched today its fifth smartphone in India – Panasonic T-31, which is competitvely priced at Rs. 7,990. This budjet smartphone will give tough competition to other smartphones in the same range introduced recently by Karbonn and Micromax etc,.
The Panasonic sports a 4-inch WVGA display with 800×480 pixel resolution, and is powered by 1.3GHz dual core processor along with 512MB of RAM. The Panasonic T31 runs Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean, and comes with 4GB of inbuilt storage which can be further expanded up to 32GB via microSD card. This smartphone is equipped with a 3.2-megapixel rear camera, and a VGA front-facing camera. It is a Dual-SIM smartphone with support for GSM+GSM. The T-31 is packed with 1300mAh battery, and measures 122×64.4×11.95mm. Connectivity options on the smartphone include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, EDGE, GPRS and 3G.
The T-31 comes pre-loaded with popular Apps such as Hungama music application, Panasonic VIERA remote utility application,WeChat Instant messenger, and Gameloft gaming application with games like Assassins Creed, GT Racing 2, and Mortal Combat 4. To make the offer of the T-31 attractive, Panasonic has bundled the device with a download offer where the users can download latest Music & Videos from Hungama and can also avail a 3 months free subscription of top 8 India Today digital magazines all of which sums up to an amount of Rs. 3000/-.

True but Samsung has devices with better specifications in this range.
