POCO has launched today its first 5G smartphone in India in mid-range – POCO M3 Pro 5G. This phone is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 700 which is an 8-core CPU with a clock speed of up to 2.2GHz, with dual 5G support combined with ARM Mali G57 GPU. This device comes equipped with UFS 2.2 flash memory technology which provides three times faster experience than UFS 2.1 and faster game loading time. This phone comes with 4GB LPDDR4X RAM with 64GB (UFS 2.2) storage and 6GB LPDDR4X RAM with 128GB (UFS 2.2) storage, which can be further extended up to 1TB with microSD card. This phone is packed with 5000 mAh battery with 18W fast charging support.
The POCO M3 Pro sports a 6.5 inch Full HD+ display with 90Hz refresh rate, 1080 × 2400 pixels resolution, 20:9 aspect ratio and protection of Corning Gorilla Glass 3.
On the imaging front, this phone is armed with Triple Camera comprising of 48MP primary rear camera with f/1.79 aperture, 2MP depth and 2MP macro camera. The rear camera comes with Night Mode, Slow Motion, Multiple Time-Lapse Mode etc. For selfie, this phone has 8MP front shooter with f/2.0 aperture.
This phone runs on Android 11 with MIUI 12 on top. It has side-mounted fingerprint sensor and also incorporates IR sensor. This phone offers connectivity options of Dual 4G VoLTE, Dual 5G, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5.1, GPS and USB Type-C.
The POCO M3 Pro has dual-tone design and comes in three color variants: Power Black, Cool Blue and POCO Yellow. This phone is priced Rs. 13,999 for the 4GB RAM + 64GB storage version and Rs. 15,999 for the 6GB RAM with 128GB storage version. It will go on sale on 14 June on Flipkart. During the first sale on June 14, the buyers can avail discount of Rs. 500 on both the variants.
