Brand POCO has launched today two smartphones in India – POCO X6 and POCO X6 Pro.
POCO X6 Pro is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 8300-Ultra SoC which is built on a 4nm process technology, ensuring efficient performance and power management. The CPU configuration include 1x Cortex A715 core clocked at 3.35 GHz, 3x Cortex A715 cores clocked at 3.2GHz, and 4x Cortex A510 cores clocked at 2.2GHz. This phone comes with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage technology, ensuring fast and efficient data transfer speeds.
POCO X6 Pro incorporates a 5000mm VC Cooling system made of stainless steel. This cooling system helps maintain optimal performance and prevents overheating, allowing users to extend their gaming sessions without experiencing performance degradation. Additionally, the device incorporates Wild Boost 2.0 which ensures stable and smooth gaming for extended periods.
POCO X6 Pro sports a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 1.5K – 2712 x 1220 pixels. It has screen-to-body ratio of 94.27% and pixel density of 446 PPI, color gamut of 100% DCI-P3 (typ). The display also features a refresh rate of 120Hz and supports Dolby Vision.
POCO X6 Pro features an In-Display Fingerprint sensor. POCO X6 Pro is the first device in India to be equipped with the Xiaomi HyperOS and Android 14. POCO X6 Pro supports 14 5G bands for users to access fast and reliable 5G connectivity, regardless of their location.
POCO X6 Pro is equipped with a 64MP OIS triple rear camera, f/1.79 aperture and with a sensor size of 1/1.2″ and a default pixel size of 0.7um, delivering high-resolution and detailed images. It has features of OIS and EIS (ensures steady and blur-free images and videos. Additionally, the rear camera setup includes an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, a 2MP macro lens while the 2x in-sensor lossless zoom provides flexibility in capturing distant subjects.
The camera system also features Night Mode , AI camera capabilities for intelligent scene recognition and optimization, and support for HEIF format for efficient image storage. POCO X6 Pro is equipped with 5000mAh battery along with a 67W Turbo Charge feature that can charge from 0% to 100% in up to 41 minutes. This smartphone is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass and IP54 rating. POCO X6 Pro boasts a dual stereo setup complemented by Dolby Atmos support.
POCO X6 is powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 Mobile Platform, built on a 4nm process technology and is combined with Adreno GPU A710. It features a combination of 4x Cortex-A78 cores clocked at 2.4 GHz and 4x Cortex-A55 cores clocked at 1.95 GHz. The POCO X6 offers memory variants of 8+256GB, and 12+512GB.
POCO X6 flauns a 6.67″ AMOLED display with a resolution of 1.5K (2712 x 1220) and a pixel density of 446 PPI, with a refresh rate of 120Hz and an Adaptive Sync display with four levels of refresh rate adjustment: 30Hz, 60Hz, 90Hz, and 120Hz. In terms of the camera setup, the POCO X6 boasts a 64MP triple rear camera system. The main sensor has a size of 1/1.2″ and a pixel size of 0.7um, allowing for detailed and high-resolution photos. It has a large aperture of f/1.79 and is equipped with OIS and EIS for steady and blur-free shots. The device also features an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera with an f/2.2 aperture and a 2MP macro camera for close-up shots. For selfies, the POCO X6 is equipped with a 16MP front camera with an f/2.45 aperture.

POCO X6 offers an immersive audio experience with Dolby Atmos technology and dual stereo speakers. The device also retains the 3.5mm headphone jack, allowing users to connect their favorite wired headphones.
In terms of security and authentication, POCO X6 features an In-Display Fingerprint sensor for quick and secure unlocking. It also supports AI face unlock for added convenience. The device offers 10 5G band support, ensuring compatibility with various 5G networks. It has an IP54 rating for water and dust resistance, protecting against splashes and dust ingress.
POCO X6 runs on MIUI 14 based on Android 13. It offers three major Android updates and four years of security patch updates.

POCO X6 5G comes in Mirror Black and Snowstorm White colors in two variants: 8GB RAM+256GB Storae at INR 21,999 and 12+512GB at INR 24,999. On the other hand, POCO X6 Pro 5G, available in Racing Grey, Spectre Black, and the unique Vegan Leather POCO Yellow, offers two variants: 8gb RAM+256GB STORAGE at INR 26,999 and 12GB RAM+512GB Storage at INR 28,999. INR 2,000 discount will be applicable on ICICI Credit/Debit cards and EMI transactions. Alternatively, customers can enjoy the same discount of INR 2000 through the product exchange offer. These phones will be available exclusively on Flipkart. Both POCO X6 and X6 Pro are open for pre-booking from 8 PM on January 11, 2024. The devices will transition to an open sale, starting at 12 PM on January 16, 2024.
