Realme today launched two smartphones in India, Realme 6 and Realme 6 Pro. The Realme 6 comes in three variants and is priced Rs. 12,999 for 4GB RAM with 64GB storage variant, Rs. 14,999 for the 6GB RAM with 128GB storage variant and Rs. 15,999 for the 8GB RAM with 128GB storage variant. It comes in two colors of Comet White and Comet blue. It will go on sale from 11th March, 2020 on realme. Com, Flipkart and preferred offline partners.
Realme 6 sports a 6.5 inch (2400 × 1080 pixels) Full HD+ display with 90Hz refresh rate and protection of Corning Gorilla Glass 3. It is powered by an Octa Core MediaTek Helio G90T processor combined with 4GB LPPDDR4x RAM with 64GB storage, 6GB / 8GB (LPPDDR4x) RAM with 128GB storage. Internal memory can be extended up to 256GB with microSD card. This phone comes with triple slots – two for Nano SIMs and dedicated slot for microSD card. This phone is packed with 4300mAh battery with 30W VOOC Flash Charge for fast charging which is claimed to charge up to 55% in 60 minutes.
For imaging, this phone is equipped with 16MP Ultra-clear front camera with F2/0 aperture. The front camera comes with smart beauty mode and Bokeh effect. This phone has quad-camera rear set-up comprising of 64MP main camera, an 8MP 119° ultra-wide-angle, 2MP mono sensor and 2MP macro sensor.
The Realme 6 Pro sports a 6.6 inch (2400 × 1080 pixels) HD+ display with an aspect ratio of 20:9 and protection of Corning Gorilla Glass 5. It is powered by an Octa Core Snapdragon 720G processor with Adreno 618 GPU. It comes with 6GB LPPDDR4x RAM with 64GB storage, 6GB / 8GB LPPDDR4x RAM with 128GB storage which can be further extended up to 256GB with microSD card. This phone also has triple slots – two for NANO SIMs and third for microSD card. This phone is also packed with 4300mAh battery with 30W VOOC Flash Charge for fast charging.
For photography, the Realme 6 Pro comes with front dual-camera of 16MP Sony wide-angle main camera with IMX471 + 8MP 105° super wide-angle camera. It is armed with quad camera set-up at the rear comprising of 64MP main camera, 12MP 20x hybrid zoom telephoto lens, an 8MP 119° ultra-wide-angle, and 2MP macro lens.
For security, both the phone have side-mounted fingerprint sensor and run on Android 10 with layer of realme UI. Both the phones offer connectivity options of Dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth 5, GPS, NavIC (in Realme 6 pro only) and USB Type-C.
The realme 6 Pro is priced Rs. 16,999, 17,999 and 18,999 for the 6GB RAM with 64GB storage, 6GB RAM with 128GB storage and 8GB RAM with 128GB storage versions, respectively.
