Realme has launched today two new smartphones in India – Realme Narzo 30 and Realme Narzo 30 5G. Both the phones run on Android 11 with realme UI 2.0 on top. Both the phones have side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
The Narzo 30 sports a 6.5-inch FHD+ (1,080×2,400 pixels) display with a 90Hz refresh rate, 90.5 percent screen-to-body ratio, 405ppi pixel density with 580 nits of peak brightness. This phone is powered by MediaTek Helio G95 octa-core processor combined with 900MHz Mali-G76GPU. This phone comes with 4GB LPPDDR4x RAM with 64GB (UFS 2.1) storage and 6GB LPPDDR4x RAM with 128GB (UFS 2.1) storage which can be further extended up to 256GB with microSD card. This phone has support for two Nano SIM cards plus dedicated slot for microSD card. This phone is packed with 5000mAh battery with 30W Dart Charge fast charging which can be charged from zero to 100% in 65 minutes.
For imaging, the Narzo 30 is armed with Triple Camera that includes 48MP Samsung S5KGM1ST sensor with an f/1.8 large aperture lens combined with UIS Video Stabilization, 2MP ultra-macro lens with the 4cm shooting distance capability and 2MP B&W Portrait lens. For selfies, the phone has 16MP front camera with F2.1 aperture having features of AI beauty mode, Bokeh Effect, etc.
This phone offers various connectivity options of Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5, GPS/ A-GPS and a USB Type-C port.
Realme Narzo 30 5G also flaunts a 6.5-inch with 2400×1080 FHD+ resolution, 600 nits brightness peak with 90Hz refresh rate and maximum 180Hz sampling rate. This phone is powered by MediaTekDimensity 700 5G processor with Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. The processor supports 5G Dual SIM Dual Standby. The processor also supports 7 5G bands [NSA] n77/78/41 [SA] n1/n28A/n41/n78 covering the mainstream 5G frequency bands. This phone is also packed with 5000mAh battery with 18W fast charging nd Smart 5G Power Saving feature that is claimed to intelligently sense the surrounding signal environment and switches between 4G and 5G, which helps achieve 30% lower power consumption than phones without the Smart 5G feature.
For imaging, this phone is equipped with 48MP rear camera with f/1.8 aperture, 80° FOV, LED flash, 2MP B&W and 2MP 4cm macro sensor. It also has 16MP front camera with F2.0 aperture, supporting smart beauty mode, Bokeh Effect, etc.

The 90Hz display is all that I was looking for and this Helio G95 chipset at just 12.5k is amazing.
The 4G variant has better features at the cost with its Mediatek gaming chipset. I would go for it.
