Xiaomi India has launched today Redmi 11 Prime 5G and Redmi 11 Prime ahead of their #DiwaliWithMi Sale.
Redmi 11 Prime 5G is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 700 chipset with clock speeds as high as 2.2GHz and is paired with 6GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.2. A RAM booster feature is also available to temporarily expand RAM by up to 2GB leveraging the ultra-fast storage. MediaTek Dimensity 700 chipset powering Redmi 11 Prime 5G also supports 5G access on both SIM cards across seven major bands in India. The Redmi 11 Prime is driven by 6nm MediaTek Helio G99 processor which is combined with up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB Storage. The internal storage of both the phones can be extended upto 512GB via microSD card. Both the phones are packed with 5000mAh battery with 18W fast charging and a 22.5W charger.
Redmi 11 Prime 5G and Redmi 11 Prime sport a 6.58” full HD+ display (2408 × 1080 pixels) with a 90Hz refresh rate with AdaptiveSync tech that can automatically switch between 4 stages 30Hz, 50Hz, 60Hz, and 90Hz refresh rates based on on-screen content to balance out the user experience and optimised battery life. A 3.5mm headphone is included as standard, along with a High-Res audio capable amplifier for better multimedia experience.
The phones have flat sides, feature a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and pack a 50MP rear camera along with a 2MP depth sensor, but the 4G model comes with an additional 2MP macro camera.
The Redmi 11 Prime 5G is packed with 50-megapixel primary camera and 2MP depth sensor whereas the Redmi 11 Prime has a triple rear camera set-up comprising of 50-megapixel primary camera, 2MP depth senso and 2MP macro camera. Both the phones have one front-facing 8-megapixel camera for selfies.
The Redmi 11 Prime 5G supports connectivity options of 5G SA (seven bands), Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5.1, GPS/GLONASS and USB Type-C. The Redmi 11 Prime has connectivity options of Dual 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 5.3, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), GPS/GLONASS/Beidou and USB Type-C. Both the phones run on Android 12-based MIUI 13 out of the box and also comes with an IR blaster.
Price & Availability
Redmi 11 Prime 5G will be available in 4GB + 64GB for INR 13999 and 6GB + 128GB for INR 15999. ICICI bank credit/debit card users can avail additional discount of INR 1000, making the effective price at INR 12999 for 4GB + 64GB and INR 14999 for 6GB + 128GB. This phone will go on sale on 9th September, 12:00 noon across Mi.com, Mi Home, Amazon.in and all retail partners. The Redmi 11 Prime 5G is available in three colours — Meadow Green, Chrome Silver, and Thunder Black.
Redmi 11 Prime will be available in two variants – 4GB + 64GB, 6GB + 128GB at a starting price of INR 12999, and INR 14999 respectively. The Redmi 11 Prime comes in three colour options — Playful Green, Flashy Black, and Peppy Purple.
