Redmi India, a sub-brand of Xiaomi, today launched two smartphones in India – Redmi Note 11 Pro+ 5G and the Redmi Note 11 Pro.
Redmi Note 11 Pro+ 5G and Redmi Note 11 Pro sport a 6.67-inch FHD+ (1080×2400 pixels) AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate, 1200nits peak brightness and protection of Corning Gorilla Glass 5. Redmi Note 11 Pro+ 5G is powered by Octa Core Snapdragon 695 8nm processor with Adreno 619L GPU whereas the Redmi Note 11 Pro is powered by Octa Core MediaTek Helio G96 12nm processor with Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. Both the phones are packed with 5000mAh battery with 67W Fast Turbo charging. The Redmi Note 11 Pro+ 5G comes with 6GB LPDDR4X RAM with 128GBUFS 2.2 internal storage and also with 8GB LPDDR4X RAM with 128GB / 256GB UFS 2.2 internal storage. The internal storage can be extended upto 1TB with microSD card.
On the camera front, both the phones are armed wit 108-megapixel camera primary camera with Samsung HM2 sensor which is supported by 8-megapixel Ultrawide cameras that deliver a 118-degree field of view, and a 2-megapixel macro camera. Redmi Note 11 Pro also comes with an additional 2-megapixel depth sensor on the back. Both the phones are equipped with 16-megapixel front-facing cameras for selfies.
These phones run on Android 11 with MIUI 13 on top and have side-mounted fingerprint sensor. Both the phones offer splash reistance and comes with IP53 certification. These phones offers connectivity options of Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5.1, GPS + GLONASS, USB Type-C whereas the the Redmi Note 11 Pro+ 5G also has connectivity option of 5G SA / NSA with 8 bands. Both the phones also come with dual stereo speakers and the traditional 3.5 mm audio jack and have glass backs.
These phones will be available in Star Blue, Stealth Black and Phantom White colours.
- Redmi Note 11 Pro+ 5G will be available in three variants – 6GB + 128GB, 8GB + 128GB and 8GB + 256GB at an introductory price of INR 20,999, INR 22,999, and INR 24,999, respectively, till end of March 2022. It will go on sale on 15th March, 12:00 noon
- Redmi Note 11 Pro will be available in two variants – 6GB + 128GB and 8GB + 128GB at an introductory price of INR 17,999 and INR 19,999, till end of March 2022. It will go on sale from 23rd March, 12:00 noon onwards
- These phones will be available for purchase across Mi.com, Mi Home, Amazon.in and across all retail partners
- HDFC card members can avail an additional discount of INR 1000 on the Redmi Note 11 Pro+ 5G and existing Redmi Smartphone users can avail the Redmi Loyalty Bonus which provides an additional exchange value of upto INR 2000
