As rumored for long, Samsung has officailly announced today its another member of Galaxy Tab 3 devices known as Galaxy Tab3 Lite with 7 inches WSVGA display (1024 X 600 pixels). This tablet is a slim, light-weight, and has a more compact bezel that makes it comfortable to carry around in one hand.
The Galaxy Tab3 is powered by 1.2GHz Dual Core processor, coupled with 1GB RAM, and 8GB of internal storage, which can be expanded upto 32 GB via Micro SD card. This tablet will run Android Jelly Bean version 4.2, and is packed with powerful 3,600mAh battery, which the company claims will give upto eight hours of video playback without the need for an adapter. This tablet will work on 2G and 3G networks.
The Galaxy Tab3 is equipped with a two megapixel rear-facing camera with features including Smile Shot, which enables the camera to automatically shoot when a smile is detected, Shoot & Share that enables users to share images right after they are captured, and Panorama Shot so that users can capture complete images of their favorite landscapes. For connectivity, this tablet supports Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/, Wi-Fi Direct, BT4.0, USB2.0

The Galaxy Tab3 Lite (7”) will be offered globally and will be available in White and Black. However, Samsung has not revealed its price and the shipment schedule for different markets.
