Samsung Electronics, a leader in digital media and convergence technologies, today announced the launch of CLX-9200 Series A3 color MFP( Multi Function Printer) & SCX-8100 Series Mono MFP. The CLX-9200 Series has been specifically designed to enhance the efficiency of small and medium size businesses. These printers provide a range of easy fleet and workflow management to enhance business capabilities.
The CLX-9200 & SCX- 8128 Series MFP are equipped with Samsung’s latest 1GHz Dual Core CPU for up to 1.5 times faster processing than conventional 1GHz CPU devices. The A3 CLX-9201/9251 devices have printing speed of 20 and 25 PPM whereas , the A3 Mono SCX-8100 Series boasts of speed of 28 ppm.
These printers are developed with Samsung’s own in-house technology, and features the world’s first all-in-one board combining a video controller board, engine board and a scan board in one. By combining numerous boards into one single platform, energy consumption shows enormous decrease, as claimed by the company.
These series of printes comes with Samsung’s latest image processing technology – Rendering Engine for Clean Pages (ReCP), which offers crisper and more vivid print and scan results, color edges and text/graphic clarity with real 1200 x 1200 dpi resolution.
The Samsung A3 MFP measure 560 x 600 x 844.3 mm with a weight of just 72.5kg. The A3 CLX-9200 Series MFP have been designed specifically to be as space efficient as possible while delivering a clean, streamlined look. Samsung has pioneered an eye-catching design that physically separates the printer interface and storage system to optimize each usage. These printers are very easy to install and the maximum time taken to install the printer is 8 minutes.
The user interface of these printers have been redeveloped to incorporate simplified commands for ease of use through a smartphone like design and movement such as sliding and flipping. The 7-inch color touch screen panel inspired by a smartphone screen enables users to operate scan and copy functions in just one touch while the user menu is customizable depending on the requirements of each businesses.
The other hightlight of Samsung’s latest A3 MFP are that they come with interchangeable OPC drum, which enables businesses to reduce unnecessary inventory as there is no need to separately purchase different drums for each color.
The CLX-9200 Series A3 color MFP are available at prices range of Rs. 2,30,000 to Rs. 2,90,000, and SCX-8128 Mono A3 MFP is available at Rs. 1,60,000.
