Samsung has added one more smartphone to its successful Galaxy A series in India and launched today Galaxy A9 Pro. This is Dual SIM phone and comes in Glass & Metal body. Priced at Rs. 32,490 this phone will start selling in India from 26th September and would be available in three colors – Gold, Black and White.
The Galaxy A9 Pro flaunts a 6 inch Full HD Super AMOLED display (1920×1080 pixels) with Gorilla Glass 4 protection. It is powered by 64 BIT, Snapdragon 652 octa-core processor with Adreno 510 GPU and 4GB of RAM. It comes with 32GB of internal storage which is expandable to 256GB via micro SD card. This phone runs on Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) OS.
On the imaging front, this phone is eqipped with 16MP rear camera with OIS, f/1.9 aperture, LED flash and also houses 8MP front camera with f/1.9 aperture and has features of Wide Selfie and Palm Selfie.
This phone is packed with huge 5000mAh battery with fast charging feature, which is claimed to charge the battery from 0 to 100% in 160 mins and 30 minutes of charging can give you upto 32% charge. This battery is also claimed to have standby time of upto 22.5 Days, Talk Time of upto 32.5 hours and Video Playback time of upto 26 hours.
This is Dual SIM phone (2 Nano SIM slots + Separate SD card slot) and also comes with fingerprint reader. It also offers connectivity options of 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 4.2, ANT+, USB 2.0 and NFC. It also comes with Accelerometer, Geomagnetic, Hall, Light and Proximity Sensors. This phone has dimensions of 161.7 x 80.9 x 7.9mm and its weight is 210g.
