As expected, Samsung has officially launched today Galaxy Grand Neo smartphone at Rs. 18,450. This smartphone in elegant slimmer form and lightly contoured edges will be available in four color variants- White, Midnight Black, Orange and Lime Green.
The GALAXY Grand Neo features a 5″ WVGA screen, and is powered with a 1.2GHz quad core processor coupled with a 1GB RAM and 8GB in-built storage, which can be expanded up to 64GB via microSD card. The GALAXY Grand Neo is equipped with a 5-megapixel rear camera with LED flash with full HD video recording capability and a VGA front-facing camera. This smartphone is packed with a 2100 mAh battery, which Samsung claims will run up to 8 hours on 3G Internet usage or up to 11 hours of talk time.
The GALAXY Grand Neo is Dual-SIM smartphone and for connectivity, it supports 3G, Wi-Fi b/g/n, Wi-Fi Direct, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth v4.0, Micro USB v2.0. Galaxy Grand Neo also supports 12 Indian languages.
The GALAXY Grand Neo runs on Android JellyBean 4.2 operating system and also includes the advanced multi-window functionality and Pop-up Play feature. With Multi Window, users can toggle seamlessly between applications without closing the window or opening a new page. It also enables users to run one application in two windows at the same time. Pop up Play feature enables continuous, uninterrupted video viewing on embedded screen while messaging, web surfing or performing other tasks.
