Samsung’s much awaited latest iteration of its highly popular and record-breaking Galaxy S range of smartphone to be known most probably Galaxy S IV is round the corner. Almost all the bloggers,tech sites and media is in the race to mention almost daily what would be its probable features. The greatest launch event of Samsung where it will unveil its Galaxy S IV is scheduled to take place in New York on 14th March. Keep guessing what the South Korean giant Samsung will showcase to the world, but one thing is certain that this new device will be far far ahead of other competitive smartphones like Apple’s upcoming iPhone 5S or iPhone 6 and the other recent devices of other makers like HTC’s HTC One, Sony’s Xperia Z or LG’s Optimus G etc,.
As per the latest rumors the next-generation Galaxy S IV will encompass eye-tracking technology and will come with Smart scroll and Smart pause features. The Smart scroll feature on the Galaxy S IV will enable users to scroll through webpages without even touching the screen of the phone. The screen will start to scroll automatically if the device detects that you are looking at the screen. On the other hand, Smart pause is a similar eye-tracking feature, which pauses videos when it detects your head moving away from the screen.
The other rumors floating in the blogging space is that the new phone will be available in black and white and come with up to 64 GB of internal storage. Samsung has also confirmed rumors that the smartphone will feature a plastic rather than a metal, alloy or ceramic shell and has explained that plastics allow the company to find the right compromise between quality, affordability and ease of mass production.
We are not discussing the rumored technical features of the new Galaxy S IV smartphone, but it has created so much anxiety among the Android lovers that it is almost a huge hit before its release. Samsung’s smartness can be gauged from the fact that it is unveiling its new flagship smartphone on the turf of its main rival – Apple – and will pose serious challenge to its upcoming new models of iPhone. The question is whether Samsung will be able to topple its earlier records of selling this new device or not. Going by the media buzz and Samsung’s own estimation, we are on the verge of seeing the new marvel of smartphone technology and never heard of sales figures in record time!
