Sony India has today announced HT-Z9F Soundbar in India. Prominent features of Sony HT-Z9F Soundbar are support for Dolby Atmos and 4K HDR, Vertical Sound output and support for Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant.
For an immersive and cinematic experience, the Sony HT-Z9F 5.1ch* Soundbar is supported by Dolby Atmos & DTS:X, Sony’s Vertical Surround Engine and the S- Force PRO Front Surround technology, which improves the existing surround sound. Virtual three-dimensional sound can be enjoyed thanks to the “Vertical S” button on the remote that pushes the HT-Z9F to up-mix 2ch stereo content up to 7.1.2ch. If users wish to add a pair of rear speakers, the SA-Z9R is designed to go with the HT-Z9F and can extend the surround sound experience.
The HT-Z9F is made for the latest home cinema formats and supports 4K HDR and Dolby Vision pass through so that the original picture quality is passed through the Soundbar directly to the TV without any loss of quality, resulting in great colour clarity and brightness. It supports high-resolution audio formats.
This Soundbar works with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant and you can listen to music from hundreds of stations by controlling your playback experience with voice. You can turn up the volume, skip to the next track, or stop the music, all without lifting a finger. You also can voice control Sony’s audio products with Google Home.
This Soundbar provides seamless connectivity and can be set up easily for use with Sony TVs. With up to 2 HDMI input and 1 output connectivity, multiple devices can be connected to the Soundbar. HT-Z9F has USB connectivity in addition to Bluetooth technology. The HT-Z9F can also connect online and stream music using the Chromecast built-in.
The HT-Z9F is specifically designed to match a selection of the Sony BRAVIA TV’ aesthetic for an elegant set-up. The Soundbar fits perfectly between the base of a Sony BRAVIA TV. Measuring a sleek 100 cm × 6.4 cm × 9.9 cm (3,1 kg) for the bar speaker and a discreet 19 cm x 38.2 cm x 38.6 cm (8.1 kg) for the subwoofer, the HT-Z9F will fit nicely into any chosen home decor.
Sony HT-Z9F is priced Rs. 59,990 and will be available from 8th July onwards. Sony has also announced very attractive pre-booking offer. On pre-booking of HT-Z9F from 1st July until 8th July 2019, the rear surround speaker SA-Z9R worth INR 9,990 will be available at no additional cost. This Soundbar can be booked through any of the sales channel – Sony brand shops, major electronic stores and e-commerce.
