Sony has launched in India high powered portable home audio systems with massive output and variety of features. The GT4D gives sound output of 1600W and V44D is capable of delivering sound output of 660W. These speaker sytems are light weight. The V44D is a one-box speaker with inbuilt handles and can be lugged easily anywhere. The GT4D comprises of wheels and a pull- out handle for moving it without any hassles.
These speaker systems come with the powerful Dolby digital sound and incorporate features like Bluetooth and Near Field Communication (NFC) connectivity for using with mobile devices, PC and Macs. These speakers have an option for AUX input, DVD, and USB. The devices also have built-in FM and LDAC capabilities and can be controlled remotely through Sony’s in-house SongPal app. The users can browse through a USB music list from a faraway place by easily connecting this app which is supported by Android and iOS devices.
Both audio systems comprises of Songpal DJ function enabling customers to add effects to
music like voice, music and lighting. The app can be installed in the devices and controls DJ effects using smartphone.
The GT4D can be controlled via gestures which aids the party essential features like light illuminations, DJ effects and mic sound effects. It also simplifies the process of skipping tracks by flickering flick left and right and managing the volume output with the up and down motion.
The V44D is equipped with the latest motion control technology to control it via smartphone with a simple left and right shake to change tracks; play and pause favorite tracks and also manage the volume control.
The V44D is priced Rs. 29,990 whereas the GT4D is priced Rs. 50,990 and both the systems are now available in India.
