Sony India has launched today their mid-range smartphone, Xperia M4 Aqua after a considerable gap in India. The Xperia M4 Aqua comes with powerful camera features for front and rear, and is priced Rs. 24,990. This smartphone was unveiled in MWC 2015 in Barcelona.
The Xperia M4 Aqua is equipped with a 13-megapixel autofocus rear camera with Sony Exmor RS mobile image sensor and f/2.0 aperture and ISO 3200 sensitivity. This camera is capable of shooting images in low-light also with good and clear results. It also houses a 5MP selfie camera with LED flash, which has a super wide-angle lens with an 88° field of view, so no-one’s left out of shot – and Portrait Retouch allows you to add fun finishing refinements. The Xperia M4 Aqua is the first smartphone to have front camera with LED flash.
The Xperia M4 Aqua supports Dual-SIM and comes with a 5-inch HD (720×1280 pixels) resolution and is drriven by a 64-bit Octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 with integrated 4G LTE connectivity, coupled with 2GB of RAM and Adreno 405 GPU. It has internal storage of 16GB, which can be further extended upto 128GB via microSD card.
The Xperia M4 Aqua is packed with a 2400mAh Battery, which is rated to deliver talk time of upto 13 hours and 17 minutes and standby time of upto 779 hours. This battery comes with STAMINA Mode to optimize how your battery is used and Ultra STAMINA Mode to keep your phone running on its core functions for a week.The Xperia M4 Aqua runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop, and is dust and water resistant with IP65/8 certification.
This device has dimensions of 145.5×72.6×7.3mm, and its weight is 136 grams. It will be available in Black, White and Coral colour variants.
