Motorola India has announced today that the next Moto smartphone will be exclusively sold by Amazon.in. Motorola India has not disclosed the name of the smartphone but they have sent us an invite for launch event on 17th May where they will be launching MOST PROBABLY two variants of new Moto G (4th Gen) – Regular and Plus variant.
Amazon.in currently sells some of the bestselling Moto devices including Moto G (3rd Gen), Moto G Turbo Edition, and Moto 360 (2nd Gen).

Both the variants of Moto G (4th Gen) are expected to have same specifications except that Moto G (4th Gen) plus will come with Fingerprint scanner on the home button in the front.
The other hardware features of Moto G (4th Gen) are expected to be quite impressive. This smartphone will flaunt a 5.5-inch 1080p display, and will be powered by Snapdragon octa-core processor paired with 2GB of RAM and 16GB internal storage extendable to 128GB. It could be equipped with 13MP rear camera with laser autofocus on Plus version and 8MP front camera.
In the battery department, it is likelihood that both the variants will be fuelled by 3000 or 3600mAh batteries with quick charge features and both the phones will run the latest Marshmallow OS. Both the phones will have dust and water-proof features and will support 4G LTE.
Motorola believes in providing meaningful technology and with its next device, the company intends to raise the bar of consumer satisfaction. The new smartphone would come packed with features and specifications that deliver an enriched smartphone experience to consumers, as stated by the company in its press statement.
