At an event in China, Xiaomi has annnounced today Redmi K20 Pro. This phone comes with 6.39-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display, Snapdragon 855, upto 8GB RAM, triple rear cameras of 48MP+8MP+13MP and pop-up selfie camera of 20MP, 4000mAh battery with fast charging.
The Redmi K20 sports a 6.39 inch (2340 × 1080 pixels) Full HD+ AMOLED display with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection with 91.9% screen-to-body ratio having an aspect ratio of 19.5:9. This phone is powered by Octa-Core Snapdragon 855 chipset with Adreno 640 GPU. It comes in two variants of 6GB LPDDR4X RAM with 64GB / 128GB (UFS 2.1) of internal memory and 8GB LPDDR4X RAM with 128GB / 256GB (UFS 2.1) of internal storage. This phone is packed with 4000mAh battery with 27W fast charging.
On the imaging front, this phone comes with triple rear cameras of 48MP with Dual LED Flash, f/1.75 aperture, Sony IMX586 sensor, secondary camera of 8MP telephoto lens with f/2.4 aperture for 2x loss-less zoom and third camera of 13MP with 124.8 degree ultra-wide sensor and f/2.4 aperture. For selfie, this phone has pop-up 20MP front camera with f/2.2 aperture.
This is Dual SIM phone and runs Android 9.0 Pie with MIUI 10 on top. For security, this phone has In-display fingerprint sensor and also face unlock feature. For connectivity, this phone offers options of Dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth 5, GPS + GLONASS, NFC, USB Type-C port etc.
This phone comes in Flame Red, Glacier Blue and Carbon Fiber Black colors. It is priced CNY 2,499 (approx. Rs. 25,000) for the 6GB + 64GB variant, 6GB + 128GB variant is priced CNY 2,599 (approx Rs. 26,000), 8GB + 128GB variants is priced CNY 2,799 (approx. Rs. 28,000), and 8GB + 256GB has price tag of CNY 2,999 (approx. Rs. 30,200). This phone is expected to be launched in India in the month of June.
