Alongside launch of two Slate Voice tablets at an event, HP also unveiled three notebooks in India namely – HP Envy 17 with Leap Motion sensor, HP 15 and HP Pavillion 15, which are available from today onwards in retail stores across India.
The key feature of HP Envy 17 is its Leap Motion Sensor, which enable users to control various parts of the UI with just a wave of their hands. This notebook has following hardware features:

- 4th-generation Intel Core i7 processor
- 8 GB RAM
- 1 TB HDD & 4 GB graphics card
The price of this notebook starts at Rs 1,14,000.
The HP Pavilion 15 notebook price starts at Rs. 49,990 and it contains following features :
- 15.6-inch inch HD LED display
- Intel core i5-4200 fourth-generation processor clocked at 1.6 Ghz
- 4GB RAM
- 1TB HDD & 2GB Graphics card
- 2 USB 3.0 slots,a singular HDMI port, support for Bluetooth 4.0
- Windows 8.1 OS
The HP 15 is an entry-level notebook and its price starts at Rs. 28,990 and comes equipped with following hardware:
- 15.6-inch HD BrightView LED display
- Intel 4th-generation Pentium N3510 quad-core processor
- 2 GB RAM
- 500 GB HDD & Intel HD Graphics
- It also runs on Windows 8.1 OS
The keyboard of HP 15 notebooks is full-size textured island-style with numeric keypad. Both are equipped with dual speakers.
