After a hiatus of about 18 months, Poco which is now an independent brand has entered again very competitive smartphone market of India. Today at an event in New Delhi, Poco has launched their mid-segmented Poco X2 smartphone to take head on with Realme X2. Interestingly, Poco X2 has similar specifications of Redmi K30 which was launched by Xiaomi in China in December, 2019.
On the design front, the Poco X2 has 3D curved frosted glass body which attarcts lot of smudges. It has Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection on the front as well as on the back. This phone has side-mounted fingerprint scanner which also works as power button.
The Poco X2 sports a large 6.67 inch (1080 × 2400 pixels) Full HD+ display with an aspect ratio of 20:9 having screen to body ratio of 91%. This is the first smartphone in mid-segment to have 120Hz refresh rate of display with HDR 10. This phone is powered by
Octa Core Snapdragon 730G 8nm processor with Adreno 618 GPU. It comes with 6GB LPDDR4X RAM with 64GB / 128GB (UFS 2.1) storage and 8GB LPDDR4X RAM with 256GB (UFS 2.1) storage which can be further extended up to 512GB with microSD card. This phone is packed with 4500mAh battery with 27W fast charger which comes in the box.
