BYD India today announced the launch of the BYD SEALION 7 Dynamic which is a new addition to its flagship eSUV lineup. It is powered by a 71.8 kWh Blade Battery and offers a range of 520 km (NEDC) and accelerates from 0 to 100km/h in 7.3 secs. This Dynamic variant comes in four colors of Atlantis Grey, Cosmos Black, Aurora White and Shark Grey. It is available at an introductory price of INR 41.90 lakh (Ex-Showroom price).
The SEALION 7 suite of products cater to diverse driving preferences with a choice of either a 71.8 kWh or 82.56 kWh Blade Battery. It has BYD’s dedicated e-platform 3.0 and combines a sleek aerodynamic design inspired by BYD’s Ocean Aesthetics. The BYD SEALION 7 Dynamic features the ultra-safe Blade Battery, Cell-to-Body technology, Intelligence Torque Adaptation Control, a panoramic glass roof, rotating touchscreen infotainment system, and an extensive array of safety and driver assistance technologies.
The introduction of the variant also aligns with BYD India’s ongoing ‘Celebrate Your Dreams with BYD’ festive offers that were rolled out on August 1, 2026. Under this offer, BYD SEALION 7 Dynamic customers can avail a complimentary 7kW home charger with installation, 10-year RSA coverage extension, and an extended warranty for 10 years on LFP LV battery or 1.5 lakh km whichever is earlier.
Since its introduction in 2025, the BYD SEALION 7 has attracted strong customer demand. With more than 4000 units currently in operation across India, this eSUV has established itself as one of the leading products in the premium EV category as stated by the brand.
