Home-grown brand which is known for economical audio products and smartwatches, has launched yet another smartwatch in India – BOULT Trail Smartwatch. I have used this smartwatch for one week and sharing my views about it in this article. Boult Trail has beautiful design and has many features which you require in a good smartwatch, yet it is very economical. It comes in two variants of Silicone and Metal. I have received Metallic variant for review.

Design
This watch is designed in such a way that it looks attractive when you wear it on your wrist. It has 2.01″ HD curved display and you can see time and other notifications very clearly. The display of this smartwatch is bright and irrespective of any lighting environment, you will have no difficulty in reading notifications appearing on it. This watch comes in various colors of Raven Black, Jade Green, Metal Black & Metal Blue.
Performance
BOULT Trail Smartwatch can be paired with your smartphone with Bluetooth 5.3 and offers calling feature with a dedicaled speaker and mic. Besides this, on this watch, you can reject or answer calls when paired with your phone, access contact details, dial from your keypad and also sync your contacts. It has 10m range with paired device via Bluetooth.
With its crown, you can cruise through the menu and watch faces. It offers 100+ Cloud-based Watch Faces with
Custom Watch Face and Animated Watch Faces. This watch has powerful battery which can last for upto seven days with full charge.
This watch can be used with Boult Fit App and you can control its various features. You can play, pause, previous, next and volume controls of music when connected to the app. When connected to the phone, you can also use it as a remote control for the phone’s camera. When connected with Bluetooth, this watch will display the current weather and also forecast for few days.
This watch is also packed with various health features such as SpO2 Blood Oxygen Saturation Monitoring,
24×7 Heart Rate Monitor, Female Menstrual Cycle Tracking, Sleep Monitor, Drink Water Reminder, Sedentary Reminder etc. I have run these features but cannot be sure about its correctness with actual lab tests as these were not corroborated with actual tests. As far as reminder features are concerned like Drinking water and sedentary reminder, I can vouch that these work with precision. Another useful feature of this watch is counting of steps which is very accurate as I have compared this with my phone also. Besides above, this watch also support Voice Assistance and which can be activated by pressing the button for three seconds. It also comes with 120 plus sports mode.
For protection, this watch is IP68 Water Resistant and is Dust Proof and can be used during your workouts without any problem.
The price of BOUL Trail Smartwatch is INR 1199 for Silicon variant and INR 1399 for Metallic variant. It is available on flipkart and boultaudio.com.
