Scan to Email allows scanned images to be sent to any email address, so that professionals on the move will always have access to the most important documents.

The wireless LAN feature allows not just Desktops & PCs to connect to the printers, but also smartphones and tablets. These printers are compatible with iOS and Android OS platforms and allows printing of PDF, images and other office formats from mobile devices. The integrated MAXIFY Cloud Link service adds on cloud access functionality by allowing printing from and scanning to cloud storage providers such as Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, and Evernote.

The MAXIFY series enable the users to set limits on the device to help manage their printing costs. If required, the USB front port of the device can be disabled to prevent confidential documents from being copied onto portable flash memory.

These printers also offer custom profiles settings, where frequently used Scan, Copy and Fax settings can be saved into the device’s memory. The MAXIFY series offers more control to its users by allowing business owners to track and monitor their records of print, scanning, copying or faxing just by accessing the LCD display.
