Indian handsets makers Karbonn and Micromax are in neck-to-neck race to launch new smartphone devices to capture maximum market share in two and three tier cities. Hardly a week pass when we hear announcements of new smartphone device by either of these two company. Only a few days back, Micromax announced its budget A57 3 Ninja and now it was the turn of Karbonn to announce another smartphone. They have announced today Smart A18, which is dual-Sim smartphone, powered by Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS, and is available immedaitely throughout the country for Rs. 12,999.
Karbonn Smart A18 sports 1GHz processor, 1500 mAh battery, and 4.3″ inch IPS display. This smartphone is equipped with dual-SIM connectivity, 5 MP camera, 1.3 MP front camera and Wi-Fi.
