E3 Technologies, a next-generation electric mobility and AI startup headquartered in Bengaluru, has announced the successful roll out of its prototype vehicles just 90 days after its debut. The milestone marks a rapid engineering breakthrough and a bold step toward E3’s ambitious goal: achieving INR 8,000 crore in revenue by 2030 with its Futuristic design AI-powered smart electric scooters & utility EVs designed for India’s mass two-wheeler market. The product range are priced very aggressively.

Focused on India’s millions who rely on 110cc petrol scooters but lack viable EV options, these AI-integrated smart electric scooters are purpose-built to deliver intelligent features, high reliability, and significantly lower ownership costs. The company is solving four key barriers that have limited EV adoption in India:
- Safety, with AI enabled thermal battery management, larger wheels, and modular child seating, AI enabled vision features to detect potholes, ensure traffic compliane, lane assist and more.
- Service, via a DIY-friendly, modular design and low-cost parts that over 10,000 two wheeler mechanics in both rural and urban areas can easily be trained to service.
- Charging, through smart portable battery systems for home/public use, including fast-charging options. The EVs are enabled with state of the art app based charging access to public chargers across the country.
- Resale and Finance, enabled by AI-led predictions of battery and vehicle life that improve asset value and financing.
With this integrated approach, E3 scooters are projected to reduce Total Cost of Ownership by nearly 50% over five years compared to ICE scooters. The running cost is an estimated INR 0.15/km—a fraction of petrol’s INR 2/km—while maintenance is up to 75% cheaper due to fewer moving parts and a modular system. AI-powered diagnostics also increase residual value and reduce downtime.
E3’s 25+ member R&D team—featuring experts with experience from Hero Motorcorp, Bajaj, TVS, Toyota and 15+ EV/AI startups—has filed 13 patents spanning breakthrough in modular EV designs ensuring high reliability, superior comfort, low cost of service and maintenance, best in class range, portable & convenient battery design, AI for safety and more. Its smart scooters feature real-time diagnostics, predictive battery analytics, and a mobile-as-cluster system—ideal for India’s 1B+ smartphone users by FY26.
P. Sanjeev, Founder & CEO, of E3 Electric.ai said, “At E3 Electric.ai, we’re not just building electric vehicles—we’re reimagining mobility for the next billion.
