What To Expect From LG & BlackBerry At Upcoming MWC

As the Mobile World Congress event is drawing near, more and more news have started emerging what the stalwarts of smartphones, would be showcasing in Barcelona. For our readers, we give updates on LG and BlackBerry plans about MWC:

LG_LOGO1LG– LG G Pro 2 phablet, which is the successor of LG G Pro 2, has a strong chance to debut in MWC. Although, LG has not released the technical specifications of this smartphone, but as per various reports, this phablet will sport a 6-inch display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, and could be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 800 processor coupled with 3GB of RAM. This phablet will run on the latest Android 4.4 KitKat OS. The key feature of this phablet could be that it will come with  a fingerprint scanner.

Just now, we have come across the leaked images of LG G Pro 2. From the image, it is evident that this phablet have the volume and power/lock keys below the camera exactly like the LG G2 premium smartphone, which was introduced in September, 2013.

image001 (1)BlackBerry – The struggling Canadian handsets maker, BlackBerry wants to remain in the recoking and recently, they have tied-up with Foxconn based in Taiwan to build budget phones. As per new reports, the Foxconn-built budget BlackBerry 10 phones are expcted to be showcased at the MWC 2014. Till date, BlackBerry has not released any official statement about their decision to exhibit new smartphones in MWC. But we expect to get updates from BlackBerry in the coming days and will share the information with our readers.
