Gionee To Set Up 750 Service Centers Across India By 2015

Gionee of China, which started its operations in India almost a year ago, has seen considerable traction in Indian market for its smartphones. Its Elife series of smartphones are selling in good numbers and the latest flagship Elife E7 is smash hit. Gionee had announced the launch of Elife S5.5, the slimmest smartphone in the world, which will start selling in India by the end of this month. To give confidence to its ever increasing customer base in India, Gionee is expanding its Authorized Service Center network by setting up 750+ Service Centers across India by March 2015. This expansion plan of strengthening the service centers will be implemented within next 12 months. Currently, Gionee has 400+ service centers that were set up within the first year of operation.

The increase in service network across Tier I, II & III cities, in the coming months is another attempt by Gionee to remain accessible to its various customers spread across India and render them professional and timely services.

Accordfing to Gionee,”their Service Centers are manned by a team of expert technicians and service advisors specially trained on productivity enhancement techniques to deliver quality service in the shortest possible time. In an endeavor to offer quick, efficient and effective service solutions, the company has pre-selected the nature of responding to customer queries / complaints within 24 hours of registration of complaint.”
