Huawei Telecommunications (I) Co Pvt. Ltd. and Digilife Distribution and Marketing Services (DDMS), a 100% subsidiary of HCL Infosystems Ltd, today announced their strategic partnership for the distribution of Huawei’s entire product range and solutions across markets of India. DDMS will distribute Huawei’s product range along with the associated services including enterprise network solutions, infrastructure, security, storage, data storage services, smart phones, tablets etc. The distribution tie-up will establish Huawei’s ICT prowess and reach in India especially beyond tier-1 cities and propel its focus to target mid-market customers with open, easy to deploy and affordable solutions.
Aimed at promoting and extending businesses for both Huawei and HCL Infosystems, under this deal DDMS and Huawei will collaborate on marketing, sales and technical areas and overall go-to market activities. DDMS will also support in marketing activities for Huawei product range and further help promote, participate and extend the sale of the Huawei products through activities such as market research, advertising, trade shows, internet marketing etc.
The partnership will enable DDMS to supply the complete range of Huawei’s Products and Services. HCL Infosystems widespread network of distributors will further ensure a robust channel to Huawei products and services. The Huawei products that are available through DDMS will be priced at par with similar products available directly from Huawei. This agreement will provide more partners the added flexibility in the way they procure Huawei products for the end-customer.
