Honor 6X smartphone is scheduled to launch in India on 24th January. I have the opportunity to use this smartphone for few days to test its overall performance. I was on holidays in Kerala for one week and this phone was my companion during my vacations. In this article, I shall discuss about its unbelievable camera. This phone has mesmerised me with its camera quality. Despite the fact that this phone will be announced in the range of Rs. 15,000 yet it gives outstanding results and will compete even with high-end phones such as OnePlus 3 etc.
The USP of Honor 6X is its dual rear camera set-up. The primary camera has 12MP sensor with LED Flash, 6P lens, 1.25um pixel size, PDAF, aperture F/0.95-F/16 and the secondary rear camera has 2MP sensor which helps to get depth of field and produces sharp and crisp image. The rear camera is also capable of video recording of upto 1080p resolution. We reproduce below few images few images clicked on this phone without any filters. Assuming that majority of the users are not professional photographers therefore, I have snapped the following images without using any filters and the results are vibrant and no denying the fact that gives DSLR like results. What else do you expect from an affordable phone?

I have all the praise for the camera capabilites of Honor 6X and if you are looking for good phone with beautiful design with excellent camera capabilites then you search should end at this phone. But you will have to wait till 24th January to grab this phone!
