With the onset of the Hero ISL soccer championship, the North East United FC (NEUFC) announced that HTC Mobiles are the team’s title sponsors for the season. HTC of Taiwan will occupy the front chest position on the NEUFC Jersey being the principal sponsors of the team as they enter the championship which kicks off on 12th of October 2014. Creatigies, one of the leading Sports Marketing Companies in India, assisted the unison of NEUFC and HTC mobiles.
HTC endeavours to be associated with the best possible team of the current game tournament in resonance with popularity of their brand. In the recently concluded Champions League T20 2014 tournamnet for Cricket, HTC was official sponsor of Kings XI Punjab team.
At a special event held in Delhi, Mr. John Abraham, Co-Owner North East United Football Club, and Mr. Faisal Siddiqui, Vice President and Country Head , HTC unveiled the Team Jersey with the club colours and the HTC logo.
At the ceremony, Mr. John Abraham, said, “For me football has always been a passion, and I am delighted to see the same passion shared by the Team’s Principal sponsor HTC. HTC was founded in 1997 and is the creator of many award-winning mobile devices and industry firsts. Its latest smartphones are quite popular in India. In the coming weeks, HTC will be introducing innovative smartphones in India.
