HTC has launched today three smartphones at an event in New Delhi – the flagship HTC One M8, the mid-range Desire 816 and the entry-level 210. We have covered this event and reproduce below some images of above three devices taken at the launch event.
The HTC One M8 – is priced at Rs. 49,900 and will compete with the recently launched Galaxy S5 of Samsung, which has a retail price of Rs. 51,500. The M8 has a 5-inch, full HD (1080p) display, and is Powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor with 2.5 GHz quad-core Krait CPUs. It runs Android 4.4, KitKat with HTC Sense 6 on top of it. The key feature of the new HTC One is its rear Duo Camera, which the company claims is the world’s first smartphone to have it. The 4.1 megapixel Ultrapixel camera has a dual colour flash and full 1080p HD video recording.

The HTC Desire 210 is entry-level smartphone and is priced at Rs. 8,700. This smartphone will give tough challenge to many Chinese smartphones, which are being sold by many Indian handsets makers under their name. The HTC Desire 816 priced at Rs. 23,990, is targetted at the mid-range phablet segment and it will compete with Sony Xperia M2 Dual, Moto X, Samsung Grand etc.
