Jaguar Land Rover today launched the New Generation Range Rover Evoque Compact SUV in India. It is available in the highly specced S and the sportier R-Dynamic SE derivative. The New Range Rover Evoque is powered by BS-VI compliant 2.0 l (litre) Turbocharged Petrol powertrain with a 48-volt mild hybrid system, producing 184 kW and 365 Nm of torque or a 2.0 l (litre) Turbocharged Diesel powertrain producing 132 kW and 430 Nm of torque.
The Rover Evoque has luxurious exterior. Its Flush deployable door handles and premium LED headlights with signature DRLs and Animated Directional Indicators add to its undoubted presence. The burnished copper accents available on the R-Dynamic SE derivative, adds to the unique appeal whereas the SportShift Selector add to its distinctive look. For interiors, the New Range Rover Evoque offers authentic materials such as Aluminium trim finishers, which embolden the vehicle’s provision of refined luxury. The cabin air ionisation that complement the increased interior space offering a calming sense of well-being.
This vehicle is loaded with the latest features such as Touch Pro Duo 12.3 inch Interactive Driver Display, Smartphone Integration Capability with Android Auto & Apple CarPlay, segment-first ClearSight Interior Rear View Mirror, Smart Settings with AI for driver seat, mirror, audio and climate settings among others
Driver assistance features such as Lane Keep Assist, Driver Condition Monitor and 360° Parking Aid with rear camera, Clear Exit Monitor and Rear Traffic Monitor make the driving experience relaxed and safe.
Its off-roading capability is enabled through the Terrain Response 2 that automatically detects the surface being driven on and adjusts the set-up accordingly. The best-in-class wading capacity of 600 mm further accentuates the Range Rover Evoque’s off-road capabilities.
Delivery of the diesel powered New Range Rover Evoque has now begun, and is priced at Rs. 54.94 Lakh for the S derivative and Rs. 59.85 Lakh for the R-Dynamic SE trim. Start of deliveries of petrol powered Evoque will be announced later.
