It appears Chinese handsets makers are getting aggressive in India market because of huge market especially of budget smartphones.Whether it is new introduction of smartphone directly by a Chinese company or by India based company, these products of China are flodding the Indian market. Today, Lenovo based in China has expaned its portfolio of A series of smartphones and launched entry-level A526 smartphone in India at Rs. 9,499. This smartphone comes in blue color and will be available from 5th April across India.
Lenovo A526 sports a 4.5-inch FWVGA display with 854×480 resolution, and is powered by a 1.3 GHz MT6582M quad-core processor, coupled with 1GB of RAM and 4GB onboard storage, which can be expanded up to 32GB via microSD card slot. It is equipped with a 5-megapixel rear shooter and a 0.3-megapixel front-facing camera.The A526 is a dual-SIM smartphone, which supports 3G as well as Wi-Fi. This smartphone is packed with a replacable Li-Po 2000 mAh battery, which is claimed to give upto 5 hours of talktime on 2G.
Lenovo A526 runs the Android Jelly Bean version 4.2, and comes pre-loaded with a range of premium Doit apps SHAREit, SECUREit, SYNCit from Lenovo for seamless data sharing, security and syncing, respectively.
