At an event in New Delhi, Lenovo A7000 smartphone which is 4G LTE compaliant was launched in India at an attractive price of Rs. 8,999. This smartphone will also be available exclusively on Flipkart. The registration for this smartphone has begun today at 2PM and the first sale is scheduled for 15th April.
The USP of Lenovo A7000 is that this is the world’s first smartphone featuring all new Dolby Atmos technology to provide the users unparalleled acoustic experience. The music lovers especially the younger audience will like this feature the most. The other salient feature of Lenovo A7000 is that this is 4G/LTE compliant smartphone in budget price.
The Lenovo A7000 is the successor to the company’s popular and highly successful 4G/ LTE compliant Lenovo A6000. The Lenovo A7000 comes with enhanced features compared to Lenovo A6000. The Lenovo A7000 is being touted as multi media device and has a larger 5.5 inch HD (720×1280 pixels) IPS display. It is driven by 64-bit octa-core 1.5GHz (MediaTek MT6572M) processor, coupled with 2GB of RAM and 8GB of internal stoarge, which is expandable upto 32GB via microSD card. This smartphone supports dual-SIM (Micro-SIM). It runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop OS with layer of Vibe UI.
The A7000 is equipped with an 8-megapixel autofocus rear camera with dual tone LED flash and also houses a 5-megapixel front facing camera with fixed-focus for selfie geeks.
The Lenovo A7000 is fuelled by a 2900mAh battery, which is rated to render 16 hours of talk time on 3G and standby time of upto 264 hours. It also supports USB-OTG that lets you connect a USB Drive or even charge other phones. It has dimensions of 152.6×76.2×7.99mm and weighs 140 grams.
Besides 4G/LTE connectivity in India, the Lenovo A7000 has other options of connectivity, which include Wi-Fi, GPS/ A-GPS, Bluetooth 4.0 etc.
The Lenovo A7000 will be available in Onyx black and Pearl white colors.
