Before start of CES 2016, Lenovo has launched today next gen devices: YOGA 900S ultraportable convertible laptop and VIBE S1 Lite smartphone.
YOGA 900S
YOGA 900S is slim and noticeably lighter than previous models at 12.8 mm and 999 g with a new carbon fiber construction. The Windows 10 laptop features up to 10.5 hours of video playback. The convertible laptop’s 360-degree watchband hinge with four modes makes it easy to work through a long-haul flight in laptop mode with up to Intel Core m7 processor, or to scan social media feeds in tablet mode. It delivers an immersive entertainment experience, thanks to Dolby Audio Premium for crisp sound and optional QHD 12 inch screen (2560×1440) for crystal clear resolution. New to the YOGA family, it now supports an optional active pen so artists and note-takers alike can unleash their doodles and to-do lists, or annotate webpages on the Microsoft Edge browser using the touch screen.
The YOGA 900S laptop starts at $1,099 and will be available starting in March, 2016.
VIBE S1 Lite Smartphone
Lenovo VIBE S1 comes with a 5 inch wide-view Full HD display. It is powered by a 64-bit MTK 6753 octa-core 1.3 GHz processor and has LTE connectivity. It has 16GB of built-in memory, plus up to 32GB expandable through microSD storage. It is packed with a 2700mAh battery.
Lenovo VIBE S1 Lite is equipped with an 8MP front camera with a 5-piece lens for zero-distortion, a Sony image sensor, and a built-in selfie flash. The panoroama selfies feature will get the entire crew in and, retouching software ensures everyone is social sharing ready. The primary camera is of 13MP with PDAF, dual LED CCT rear flash to deliver crisper-colored images even in the fading lights.
Priced at $199 ( Approximately Rs. 13,500 without taxes), Lenovo VIBE S1 Lite will be available starting early this year in countries where Lenovo smartphones are sold.
