Chinese handsets maker Lenovo has announced the launch of S580, a new addition to its popular S-series smartphones. The S580 is priced at Rs. 8,999 and will be sold exclusively by Snapdeal.com. This phone comes with laser-etched fabric-feel rear cover.
The S580 sports a 5 inch HD display with resolution of 1280×720 pixels and is powered by a 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon quad-core processor, paired with 1GB RAM and 8GB internal stroage, expandable to 32GB via microSD card.
This smartphone runs on jaded Android Jelly Bean (upgradable to Android 4.4 KitKat). The S580 is equipped with an 8MP rear and 2MP front cameras. This phone is packed with a 2150mAh battery.
The S580 has dual SIM capability and it offers other options of connectivity such as 3G, Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi hotspot etc.
The S580 comes loaded with Lenovo Premium DOit Apps that lets you transfer data to friends, speed up your device, and sync your contacts seamlessly.
