Although I am not Hindi movie buff and not a fan of Shahrukh Khan, yet holidays are round the corner. Christmas is just three days away and after that all of us will be in celebration mode to welcome 2012. Farhan Akhtar’s Don 2 starring Shahrukh Khan and Piggy Chop i.e Priyanka Chopra, is releasing on 23rd December and 40 other countries.
From the trailers shown on TV, this movie appear to be good atleast as far as glamour and action quotient is concerned. And Farhan Akhtar will not disappoint its viewers and they will get their money’s worth. Farhan Akhtar’s previous remake of Don was also entertaining and incidentally I had the opportunity to see the original Don starring Amitabh Bachan. That was the time when there were no multiplexes and few big screens in Delhi and at that time with great difficulty, I had got the ticket to watch the movie. That was the time when piracy was at the lowest ebb and nobody had heard about downloadable content.
But the time has changed now and you can watch the movie on first day as the same will be released simultaneously on many screens available in the country. So, guys- forget about Android, Windows and iOS for few days and enjoy the holiday season. Watch Don 2 and feel relaxed. Of course, I have planned to see the movie on Christmas and shall share with you experience of watching it.
