As blogged earlier, LG is participating in a big way in MWC, which will kick-start tomorrow in Barcelona. This mega event of mobile technology will showcase latest upcoming products with innovative features. LG will be demonstrating at MWC its latest flagship LG G Pro 2, LG G 2 Mini and mid-range of LG L III series of smartphones.
LG will utilise MWC platform to show to the world audience that they have not only developed state of the art LG G Pro 2 premium smartphone, but for emerging and budget customers, they have devices like L III series with various useful features.
“It has become increasingly important for LG to not only deliver the best mobile experiences possible to our customers, but also to ensure that those experiences are consistent across all our devices,” said Dr. Jong-seok Park, president and CEO of the LG Electronics Mobile Communications Company. “As far as smartphones have come in recent years, we should not lose sight of the fact that less than a quarter of the world’s consumers are smartphone users. That’s why our product lineup in 2014 will include devices with a unique user experience that appeal to a wider spectrum of consumers.”
According to LG, its UX features, such as Knock Code, introduced on G Pro 2, will continue to be a priority to differentiate LG smartphones from the competition. This feature allows users to power on and unlock their smartphones with simple “knocks” on the screen. LG will be incorporating this unique Knock Code feature in its upcoming smartphones also in the year 2014.
