LG Electronics India has launched today K7i smartphone, featuring the unique ‘Mosquito Away Technology.’ Keeping in view of the season’s harmful mosquito-borne diseases and consumers’ heavy spends on mosquito-repellant products, the LG K7i smartphone is ultra-sonic device that is equipped with the innovative ‘Mosquito Away Technology’ that once activated, keeps the mosquitoes at bay.
According to LG, this phone boasts of Sound Wave Technology, that uses sound waves only and no harmful radiations are emitted. Selected Ultrasonic frequency is absolutely safe and harmless for humans, as per norms set up by global organizations. Mosquito Away is a silent, invisible, odorless and a perfectly user-friendly technology. The phone has no harmful chemicals used in developing it. This latest Mosquito Away phone assures a healthy environment and will protect users from mosquitoes without any refill or replacement hassles.
On the specifications front, this phone has 5 inch On-Cell display with resolution of 720×1280 pixels. It is powered by 1.4GHz. Quad-Core Processor mated with 2GB RAM and 16GB of internal storage which can be extended upto 32GB via dedicated microSD card. This is Dual SIM phone and has separate slot for microSD card. This phone is packed with removable 2500mAh battery.
This phone is equipped with 8MP Rear Camera with LED flash and 5MP Front Camera with flash and guesture shot feature for taking selfies. For connectivity, this phone offers options of 4G LTE, Bluetooth 4.1, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, microUSB 2.0 and FM radio. It runs on Android Marshmallow OS.
This is light weight phone having weight of 138gms and has plastic body. This phone is made in India specifically for the Indian environement which is infested with mosquitoes.
Priced at Rs. 7990, this phone will be available in the coming days in brown color.
