LG Spirit LTE & LG G4 Stylus 4G Introduced In India With VoLTE & VoWiFi Features

LG has announced today that its two latest smartphones –  LG Spirit LTE & LG G4 Stylus 4G  are available in India now with VoLTE (Voice Over LTE) and VoWiFi (Voice Over Wi-Fi) features, which according to LG allows faster transmission of data and voice. LG Spirit LTE is priced Rs. 12,990 whereas LG G4 Stylus 4G has a price tag of Rs. 20,990.

According to LG, ”VoLTE is an acronym for Voice over Long Term Evolution which is based on IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) network, with specific profile for control and media planes of voice service. ”VoWiFi is an acronym for Voice over Wi-Fi. The defining feature of this service is that it allows interoperability of a handset between Wi-Fi and cellular service. It is expected to be beneficial to the users who have poor cellular coverage in their homes.”
