Meizu To Add 40 Customer Service Centres In India

Meizu brand of China which launched last week its flagship phone the MX5 at INR 19,999 in India, has announced today that it has plans to open 40 more custome service centres across 20 cities in India. Meizu claims that it already has fully operational 28 serrvice centres in India. To justify its claim, the company has given addressess and telephone numbers of such centres, which are reproduced below.

The company further claims that it will become the first brand in India to offer delivery repair services, a doorstep servicing facility for its customers. Besides this, the customers of Meizu can avail services via hotline, email and whatsapp. The details of which are also given below:

Speaking about after sales service initiative, Mr. Li Nan, Vice President – Marketing, Meizu Technology, said, “We are happy to announce our entry into India through the MX5 and look forward to playing a leading role in shaping the smartphone market here. For the next few months, after-sales services will be the key focus for MEIZU. We currently have 28 customer service centers and are looking to take that number to 40 across 20 cities in the near future, to serve existing and potential customers better.”
