The leading Indian handsets maker has announced the launch of its first Octa-Core Smartphone – Canvas Knight A350, in a full aluminium body. This smartphone is priced at Rs. 19,999/- , and is available exclusively on the website of the company- www.micromaxinfo.com. This smartphone comes in Black, White& Gold and Black & Gold colors.
The key feature of the Canvas Knight is that it is powered by a MediaTek 2GHz Tru Octa-Core MT6592T processor, coupled with a 2GB RAM. It also has 32GB internal storage. This smartphone sports a 5″ FHD IPS display(1920×1080,443ppi). It is equipped with a 16MP Rear Camera paired with OmniVision’s CameraChip sensor and a new generation M8 Largan Lens, which the company claims will enable users to record videos with a resolution of 1920×1080 at a speed of 30 frames per second. The rear camera comes with voice command capabilities wherein all a user needs to do is say ‘Cheese’ or ‘Capture’ to click images while on-the-move. It also delivers a full HD 1080p video recording and playback functionalities. The Canvas Knight also comes with 8MP front shooter. The Canvas Knight comes with the unique ‘Camerazzi’ camera feature which offers a host of innovative functions including 360 Degree Panorama, Cinemagraph and Object Eraser.
For connectivity, the Canvas Knight includes 3G, Wi-Fi, Micro-USB, and Bluetooth. The Canvas Knight is packed with a 2350mAh battery, and runs on Android Jelly Bean 4.2.2 OS. This device also packs in smart gestures features including Proximity Answer Phone, Upside Silent, Upside Speaker and Proximity Dial Phone for hassle free functioning.
The Canvas Knight smartphone comes pre-loaded with useful applications like BBM & Hike for instant messaging, Spuul to watch free movies & TV Shows, Kingsoft Office Suite to read, write and edit documents on-the-go, M!Security for anti-theft and anti-virus protection, M!Live portal to download unlimited games, videos, wallpapers & music, Opera Mini browser for optimal net surfing, Truecaller, GetIt, M!Vault and pre-loaded games like RealSteel WRB, Where’s My Perry and Where’s My Water.
