Under the new initiative, the device will be picked-up from your door in the event of any problem and the same will be returned within 7 days with issues resolved.
The highlight of the Canvas Sliver 5 is its slimmness, light weight and appealing design. But its limitations are its non-extendable internal storage and Single SIM capability although majority of the users do not use Dual SIMs in their devices even if they support two SIMs. But the question is whether you would pay Rs. 18,000 just for thin device when you can get more powerful devices at less price, which are little bit heavier ? Our other reservation is whether this slim device will also heat-up the way other slim smartphones are prone to heating problem. We shall be able to comment after testing the device when we get it for detailed analysis.
