Micromax Releases 4 TVCs To Promote Mad A94

To promote its recently launched Micromax Mad A94 phone, which comes with the Mad App that lets you get paid for watching ads, Micromax has developed a 360 degree campaign across Television, Digital and POS. The campaign was kicked off with a couple of teasers on TV and a ‘Guess the ad’ contest on twitter & facebook. This has received a phenomenal response and Micromax was trending on twitter (India) for consecutive 5 days .

The unique Mad app introuced by Micromax on its Mad A94 smartphone allows you to earn for watching the ads. You are simply required to Dial a call, Watch an Ad & Get points. The points you accumulate can be redeemed against Recharge vouchers. This works for both Prepaid and Postpaid users and across all service providers.

Micromax has now rolled out the main campaign with 4 TVCs that are an ode to the popular ads in recent times. The campaign captures the love and recognition, consumers associate with their favorite ads and how this appreciation can be turned into their benefits in the form of bill waive offs, extra talk time, SMS, other VAS products offered by the operators. The TVCs show how people are MAd about ads and they are now getting rewarded to love ads.

The MAd A94 sports a 4.5 inch full touch screen(480×854 resolution), and is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad core processor, coupled with 512 MB RAM, and 4GB of internal storage, which can be expanded upto 32GB via MicroSD card. This smartphone runs on Android Jelly Bean 4.2.2 OS, and is equipped with a 5MP rear and front cameras. It is packed with a 1800 mAh battery, which the company claims will give talk-time of five hours, browsing  time of upto four hours and stand-by time of 150 hours.

Besides MAd application, the phone has new features like M!Live portal to download unlimited Games, Videos, Wallpapers & Music , BBM & Hike for Instant Messaging, Spuul to Watch Free Movies, Kingsoft Office to read, write and edit attachments On-the-Go, Opera Mini browser for optimal net surfing. The phone supports Bluetooth v4.0 and Wi-Fi.

The MAd A94 is priced at Rs. 8,490.
