To promote its Canvas Doodle 3 phablet with 6 inches display, which was launched on 22nd April, Micromax has come out with very interesting TVC of this smartphone. The Canvas Doodle 3 is the successor to the Canvas Doodle 2, which was launched in August 2013. The Canvas Doodle 3 is available in Blazing Blue and Pristine White colors.

The TVC of Canvas Doodle 3 revolves around the ‘you can’ ideology and starts with an animated piggy which is shown sitting on one end of a see-saw and in the next shot a hippopotamus sits on the other end. With the weight of hippo, the piggy flies high in the sky and lands on a rainbow through the clouds and birds. In the next shot, the cute playful piggy slides through the rainbow and lands in his house where his parents are gazing the snow through their window, having a hot cup of coffee. In the next shot the piggy leaves his home and lands at a place where he spins like a cool DJ.
The TVC ends with a shot of revealing that everything is being doodled on the device. The essence of the TVC is that users’ imagination cannot be limited and the new Canvas with a 6-inch screen helps them doodle out of the box and off limits.
The Canvas Doodle 3 features a 6-inch FWVGA display with 480×854 pixels resolution and is powered by a 1.3GHz dual-core MediaTek (MT6572) processor, coupled with 512MB of RAM and 4GB of internal storage, which is further expandable up to 32GB via a microSD card. It is equipped with a 5-megapixel autofocus rear camera and a 0.3-megapixel front-facing camera. It is packed with a 2500 mAh battery, which is claimed to offer talk time of upto 9 hours. This phablet supports Dual-SIM (GSM+GSM), and runs on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean OS. The Canvas Doodle 3 offers 3G support apart from Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS etc.
The Canvas Doodle 3 comes with pre-loaded apps like Kingsoft Office, Opera Mini Browser, M!live, Getit and some Games such as Marble, Rope Cut, Jelly Jumper.
