Facing stiff competition from Chinese smartphones, Motorola has reduced the prices of its Moto G (3rd Gen) and Moto G Turbo smartphones by Rs. 2,000. The Moto G (3rd Gen) is now available starting INR 9,999 compared to its earlier price of Rs. 11,999 and Moto G Turbo variant is now available starting INR 12,499 compared to Rs. 14,999, exclusively on Flipkart. In addition to this, there are exciting exchange offers such as upto INR 4,000 on Moto G (3rd Gen) and upto INR 5,000 on Moto G Turbo Edition.
The Motorola Moto G (Gen 3) was launched in two variants – with 1GB RAM and 8GB inbuilt storage at Rs. 11,999, and a 16GB variant with 2GB of RAM priced at Rs. 12,999. Both the models now get price cut of Rs. 2,000.
Moto G (3rd Gen ) features a 5 inch HD (720×1280 pixels) IPS display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It is powered by a 1.4GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor coupled with an Adreno 306 GPU. The new Moto G runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop OS.
Moto G (3rd Gen ) is equipped with a 13 MP camea with f2.0 lens, with Dual Dynamic Correlated Colour Temperature (CCT) flash. For selfie lovers, the front camera sports a 5MP shooter with a wide 72 degree field of view. This phone gets its juice from powerful 2470 mAh battery.
On the other hand, Moto G Turbo Edition has been provided with TurboPower charger, which is claimed to render 6 hours of power in just 15 minutes of charging. The Moto G Turbo Edition is powered by a 1.5GHz Octa-core Snapdragon 615 processor combined with Adreno 405 with 550 MHz GPU compared to a 1.4GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor coupled with an Adreno 306 GPU of Moto G 3rd Gen. Rest of the features of Turbo Edition are similar to that of Moto G 3rd Edition.
