Motorola has announced today ‘Moto Xpress’, a pilot project to provide after- sale services to its consumers at their doorstep in Delhi, Gurgaon and NOIDA. Under Moto Xpress Service initiative, the defective Motorola smartphones will be repaired if it is software issue or minor accessory realted issues on the spot within an hour. If there is major hardware issues then the products will be picked-up and the issues will be resolved within 5 working days.
For utilising Moto Xpress Service, the csutomer will have to shell out Rs. 199 per service call. In the event of an issue with your Motorola smartphone, you can dial Moto Xpress Service Booking number ‘011-41717124’. On receipt of a service call, a trained Motorola representative will visit at your doorstep on his bike, in no time, as claimed by the company.
This is very commendable initiative by Motorola to provide after sales servicce at your doorstep as it is very difficult sometimes to visit the designated service centers.
According to Motorola, in India, their customer satisfaction score is over 85 percent and with their latest initiative they aim to continue enhancing their after sale services. Their other customer care initiatives will continue to operate as they are operating now. Currently, Motorola has 160 service centers across the country and a user- friendly Moto Help App where users can directly chat and call Motorola csutomer care executives.
