New Honda Amaze Launched Starting at Rs. 5.59,900

Honda Cars India today launched 2nd Generation Honda Amaze seda nwith new bold design, sophisticated & spacious interior, more efficient powertrain, advanced features and safety technologies. This sedan is also the first in industry which comes with Diesel CVT Technology for powerful and effortless driving experience. This is Honda’s first diesel engine combined with advanced CVT, and India will be the first market to launch this technology.

On the exterior front, this new sedan has an aggressive long nose which seamlessly integrates with sleek and spacious cabin to give it a premium look. The new Amze has Honda’s solid wing face, shark fin antenna, headlamp integrated LED position lights, front fog lamps, power adjustable and power folding ORVM with LED turn indicators, multi spoke styslish R15 alloy wheel and premium rear combi lamps.

The 2nd generation Amaze has spacious cabin compared to previous model, especially for the rear seat, providing a more comfortable ride and a premium feeling. It has 17.7cm Advanced Touchscreen Infotainment with Audio, Video and Navigation system – Digipad 2.0 with Blue Tooth Audio, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto and rear camera display. It has
multi-functional steering wheel with audio, voice command, hands free and cruise control. It has white illumination meter design for high readability and premium feel with Advanced Multi Information Display. It also has 1st in segment F1 inspired Paddle Shift (for Petrol CVT), Push Button Start/ Stop with Welcome illumination, Smart Entry System with touch sensor based unlock system.

New Honda Amaze is available in 4 grades offered in petrol and diesel variants – E, S, V and VX with Manual Transmission. Additionally, the model is also available in CVT in S and V variants in both fuel options. The Amaze is available in a choice of 5 exterior colours – Radiant Red Metallic (new introduction), Lunar Silver Metallic, Modern Steel Metallic, Golden Brown Metallic and White Orchid Pearl. Th new Amaze is claimed to offer stability and ride comfort which has been achieved with the extended wheelbase, new steering system and advanced suspension system. It also offersNoise Vibration performance with improved soudproof package consisting of reduction
in engine sound radiation and optimisation of engine mount design.

For safety, it comes with Dual SRS front airbags, anti-lock braking system (ABS) with Electronic Brake Distribution (EBD), Rear Parking Sensors and Head impact protection interior.
