NNG, headquartered in Hungry, which is a navigation software company, has announced the launch of their iGO primo nextgen software solution for the automotive industry. This has been designed specifically to cater to needs of Indian cars with local contents and uses NNG’s nearly 10 years of industry experience and projects for over 30 car manufacturers.
The iGO primo nextgen features an adaptive HMI allowing easy customization for different hardware, screen size and resolution, while also being platform-independent. The iGO primo nextgen also supports multimodal data entry, including touch screen, rotary controller, and voice control in local languages of India, as well as a combination of these technologies. Because of its easy adaptability, it is targetted for OEM’s of cars, as it saves their time and resources while adjusting the same in their respective car models to provide affordable navigation solution to the end users.
The iGO primo nextgen comes with special features to offer a navigation experience tailored specifically for the Indian market such as point addressing, natural guidance, and Integrated Quick Search.
The iGO primo nextgen is set to be updated with additional features such as seamless integration with the smartphone of the driver running on different platforms, and with data aggregated from multiple content providers, it will allow live weather updates and parking help. It will also have features like local search and traffic updates that guides you to the closest, traffic free route and offers high end connectivity, content updates and data synchronization. The additional features are set to be incorporated in iGO primo nextgen in the coming months.

Ayana Navigation Solutions (ANS), established in 2011 and based in India, is the strategic partner of NNG in India. ANS will provide the necessary customer understanding and customer support. The iGO primo nextgen will be available in India from late August for current and potential automotive partners of NNG and ANS.
